Independent technical judgment for high-stakes decisions
Evaluating risks, constraints, and trade-offs before commitment
I help founders, investors, and boards evaluate technical decisions under uncertainty.
My work focuses on surfacing risks, constraints, and trade-offs so decisions are made with clear awareness of consequences.

Walkthrough and Q&A session
I’m Teemu Tammi. I work with founders, investors, and boards on high-stakes technical decisions where uncertainty is high and commitments are hard to reverse.
My background is in deep-tech environments where early technical choices shaped cost structures, feasibility, and regulatory outcomes long before their impact was obvious. Across AI, software systems, and regulated medical devices, I have seen how risk accumulates quietly through assumptions, incentives, and early shortcuts.
That experience led me away from execution roles and toward independent technical judgment: evaluating decisions before they become institutionalized through teams, architectures, or capital.
I am also the founder of Leima QMS, an AI-native eQMS platform informed by firsthand experience building and certifying a medical device under ISO 13485. That work reinforced how early technical and organizational decisions constrain what is possible later.
My role is not to build or deliver.
It is to surface risks, constraints, and trade-offs so decision-makers can act with clear awareness of consequences.
